Meet Our Founder

 Founded by British sales manager Lilly Sayer, the journey began with a simple yet passionate vision: to help people find their dream homes in the stunning locales of Marbella and Ibiza. With 12+ years of experience in real estate and a deep love for these beautiful regions, Lilly turned this vision into a reality, creating a boutique agency that offers a personalized, client focused service.

Lilly's story is one of inspiration and dedication. After spending many years in Spain and having fallen in love with the vibrant culture and breathtaking landscapes (and of course the all year round sunshine) Lilly decided to buy her first property in Marbella in 2016. Her buying experience left a lot to be desired; a combination of inexperienced agents and a lack of support in navigating a foreign property market, led Lilly to realize there was a gap in the market for a truly client-focused agency. This realization propelled her to move full time to Spain and establish Casita Agency, combining her expertise, passion, and a personal touch that ensures every client feels valued and supported.
